Review

Two words: Alexsei. Petrov. After reading this book, I wanted to move to Seattle and find my own surly bearded Russian. Unraveled is not your typical story of boy meets girl and they fall in love. Unraveled is the story of what happens when you meet a person and the chemistry builds over time until both individuals are ready for one another. Maybe and Alexsei each have their own baggage that they bring to the relationship and it is the support, it is the understanding that they both have for the other person's extras that make their relationship so inspiring. Maybe is a strong, fierce, explosive female lead with a protective streak a mile wide for those she cares about while Alexsei has his own protective streak that he has to learn to keep in check when it comes to the extremely independent Maybe. Reading about these two navigating through a friendship turned relationship and family drama will inspire you to find your own Alexsei or Maybe or if you already found your person, it will remind you of how important it is to support each other through your individual and relational trials.
