Let Me Introduce Myself
My name is Jada and I am the creator behind Haven Book Reviews. I've had a love for reading for as long as I can remember. Great books transport readers to a new world and a new life.

I like to say I've lived a thousand lives and traveled the world with the amount of books I've read. I've experienced heartache, love, passion, pain, and loss through the lives of book characters. I started Haven Book Reviews to share my love of reading with the world. There are times where I finish a book and I need time to process what I just read and there are times where I can't hold in my reaction and I need to discuss the book with someone, anyone. I have an entire wall of books as part of my growing library not including the books I have downloaded on my phone.
Haven Book Reviews will include book reviews and recommendations of the books I've read or am currently reading. In my book reviews, I will be sure to mention the book title (of course), author (obviously), whether or not the book is part of a series or a stand alone book, and a link or links to where you can purchase the book. I will also be providing author recommendations. The author recommendations will include shout outs of authors where I recommend or enjoyed so many of their books that I am recommending the author in general because there are too many great books to name. I am also open to any and all book or author recommendations you may have so if there is a book I must read or an author I should check out, head on over to the recommendations tab and let me know!
Behind the Blog
Now here's a little bit about me over than my love of books. I'm a single mom to a very energetic and sassy 5 year old daughter in the great state of Texas. Other than reading, I enjoy cooking, day trips, and trying new restaurants plus I'm a photographer on the side (did anyone else get dating profile bio vibes while reading that because I definitely got flashbacks while writing it lol).
